Jellyfish Cookies

The Japanese in Fukui prefecture got tired of their usual response to jellyfish invasion, which usually consisted of gaping in awe, that they finally had the liver to clamp on the jellyfish problem in the way Steve Irwin fans once did.
The result: bitter-sweet cookies.
