Remember that Serbian town called Cacak, whose most gung-ho residents had been storming marble quarries in search of those “perfect marbles” they’d use in fashioning a life-sized, boobs-perfect Samantha Fox monument?

Now the town says it’s scrapping the marble tribute after Samantha Fox “inexplicably” refused to show her breasts during the concert.

The former pin-up said: “The crowd made rude comments about my breasts.”

The British singer had stormed off after the gig in the central Serbian town of Cacak after the crowd started singing a chant about wanting to see her breasts.

Local media said the hall she had played in had been only half full and the audience had made it clear they were not there to hear her sing.

If only somebody made it clear that the ones screaming “Show me your tits!” were Cacak’s respectable sculptors who managed to blend in with the crowd. It’s not everyday that you’re given the huge responsibility of making a perfect copy of some aging sex symbol’s boobs, so you want to be sure about dimensions, don’t you?
