One-year-old Baby Found “Pregnant”

This one-year-old baby from Saudi Arabia was found “pregnant” (shocking x-ray photos here), but the baby-in-baby is more like a “tumor”, a rare occurrence called fetus in fetu.
It turns out that the mother of the pregnant baby originally had two embryos, but one began to develop in the uterus of the other fetus. In other words, the baby girl is carrying her unborn twin.
