British singer Pete Burns has sued a London plastic surgeon, claiming a lip augmentation procedure left him looking “physically repulsive.”

In his claim alleging negligence by Mauizio Viel, the Dead or Alive vocalist said side effects from the augmentation treatment included swelling, blisters, a heavy discharge and the inability to eat, drink or talk, Sky News said Thursday. The suit was filed in London.

Burns, a “Celebrity Big Brother” contestant, said he has since been warned that his lips may need to be amputated.

“What happened to me after a series of injections was far worse than any nightmare I could have envisioned,” the singer said. “Not only was it agonizingly painful but it was physically repulsive in the extreme.”

Burns claimed to have undergone more than 100 operations during a 17-month period to reconstruct his face.

A spokesman for Viel, who performed the procedure at the London Center for Aesthetic Surgery, declined to comment

Goddamnit! Just amputate the damn thing. It was hideous back in the 80’s and now it’s just grotesque.
