Joao de Souza Luz, mayor of Novo Santo Antonio in Brazil, has been giving free Viagra to his town’s elderly population. “Since we started the free distribution of sexual stimulants, our elderly population changed. They’re much happier.”

Souza Luz said 68 men over the age of 60 already had signed up for the program, who can now be seen walking around town wearing ridiculous trench coats, flashing their raging hard-ons to schoolchildren, and looking for ladies to screw. Townsfolk are seen desperately hiding all their herds of she-goats.
