Parents Ban Hyundai’s TV Ad For Everything It Doesn’t Have

A recent Hyundai TV ad has a male toddler picking up a female toddler on their way to the beach. But despite Hyundai cleverly editing out the sexually charged scenes that must take place somewhere between the pretty sunset, the Hyundai Santa Fe parked in the darkness [with lots of make-out room!], and the crisp West Coast dawn, parents win to ban the award-winning ad in Australia for fear of “encouraging copy-cat behavior in young children and might lead to accidents.” If only they waited a bit more for the second ad in this particular series, in which the male toddler actually has some very graphic make-out time on the beach with the “chiclet,” and where they run around in slow-mo while removing their diapers until completely naked — then these parents wouldn’t be self-consciously throwing odd “I guess we over-acted!” glances at one another.
