A Reuters photographer snapped this pretty solemn picture of Bush underlining certain words (probably for emphasis) before speaking at a reception. If he appears to have underlined everything, it is only because he has a huge caring heart the size of two rhinos that makes him care so much about things and he just has to emphasize them, even words like “for.” Hey, he’d gladly underline your butt cheeks too if you’d shove them to him.
