Liquifloor Clues You In On What Jesus Felt Walking On Water…Sort Of
Filed under: Strange Artifacts
Designer furniture maker Cafe Interiors has made floors less boring by “injecting” some interactivity — in this case, they’ve sandwhiched colorful gels in-between transparent PVCs, calling the whole thing “Liquifloor.”
These unique floor tiles are composed of durable layers of PVC, the top layer of which is transparent. Between these layers is a colorful gel-like liquid - magenta, in this case - that alone can inject a fun punch of color into any space. However, Liquifloor is not your ordinary flooring material where what you see is what you get. As pressure is applied to the surface of the tiles, the liquid becomes a living work of art as it swirls and flows around one’s feet. This organic movement constantly changes the appearance of your floor, so that you’ll never see the same thing twice. These interactive tiles are very versatile and can be used in a variety of applications, allowing you to make a fun statement out of any ordinary floor. By using these liquid tiles, you can turn any floor into an interactive experience.
