Another Bush dumbassness - if you look closely you’ll see he’s holding up the American flag back to front….. plus it looks like his dad is dumbfounded at seeing a flag at all (Alzheimers? - making he forgot what it looks like) this was just before Phelps first medal race - which he won with a new world record.
