The Swami Conversational Robot, at $75,000, is about 10 times as obscenely priced as the Amazing Zoltar. Which of course makes the Swami much more amazing. Basically, the Swami is an advanced animatronic head that can recognize family members, make small talk, answer questions, and provide you with programmed bullshit carefully selected to dull the vague, absolute pain of buyer’s remorse that will definitely hit you after paying 75 grand for this shit.
