Petman, one of the US military’s leading humanoid robots, is being built by Boston Dynamics — the same company behind the “testicles churning” BigDog.

Petman’s main current function is to test the viability of chemical protection clothing, but the cool thing about it is it can effectively balance itself — it can walk, stand, crawl, and do a variety of things  to stress the suit being tested. OK, not totally cool, unless there’s the usual deathray and shit, and time travel.
