Honda’s researchers and their friends at the Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International (ATR) of Japan and Shimadzu Corp of Japan have developed a brain-machine interface (BMI) technology that allows a human to control Honda’s ASIMO humanoid robot using only brainwaves, with 90% accuracy, which is just about the required accuracy of any self-respecting mad scientist hell-bent on taking over the world.
