Maybe they were separated at birth. Or they came from the same alien pod, or the same test tube, only that somebody fucked up and they ended up spending most of their lives in different streets.
These things probably criss-crossed the heads of two Darryl R. Peebles.
One day, American minister Darryl R. Peebles googled his name just for the heck of it (as most of us do after we’ve watched all the porn), only to find out there’s another Darryl R. Peebles living in Australia. The American contacted the Australian, and in time, both realized that sending emails to each other felt like talking to one’s reflection in the mirror.
They were both born in 1949. Both have three children with a child born in 1975 and in 1977. Their fathers both came from small towns and worked on lathes of some kind.
The two Peebles also found they are both keen performers, and enjoyed magic, ventriloquism and playing music.

“It is as through we have known each other forever. Our minds and our personalities are so much alike. It’s as if we were brothers,” the minister Peebles told Reuters on Monday.
“What are the chance of finding someone with your name with so many similarities. I still can’t believe it has happened.”
Yay. Now that they’re back in each other’s arms, maybe they should get married.
