Dr James Guiler’s idea of “clowning around during high-risk surgery” is writing stuff (with tongue on cheek) on patients’ internal organs, like what he did on Stephanie Means’ uterus, now proudly emblazoned with the initials “UK” for Guiler’s alma mater, the University of Kentucky. Well, have someone check her large intestines because we’re pretty sure the talented doctor also wrote there “Scrotal Laser-resurfacing ‘R’ Us!”
