Rock Songs from the 1990s
November 29th, 2008
An obscure Pinoy blogger is trying to make a list of popular rock songs from the 90s, the decade which placed good ol’ Rock N’ Roll into the music mainstream.
The blogger pleads for assistance from potential readers to augment his list. But nobody replies to him (save from a sick alter-ego of Juliana Hatfield and some Aerosmith freak). So he replies to himself.

You’re pathetic, Pepe. Why JB tolerated your bleeding-heart rambling on Spanish culture in THIS BLOG is beyond me, even if it was against the nature of Skirmisher. Now you’re asking for even more attention? Good God, man! I can barely keep up with that flowery manner of yours; you’re just too pretentious.
Fuck off.

You’re pathetic, Pepe. Why JB tolerated your hispanophilia on this blog is beyond me, even if they went completely against the nature of this blog. I guess that wasn’t enough to satisfy your craving for more and more attention. I could barely keep up with that flowery manner of yours; you’re just too pretentious, even in English.
Fuck off.

Oh, I’m so sorry I have caused you much hurt! Don’t worry, sir; this will never happen again. I promise. May you find it in your heart to forgive me. Please.
I’ll do better next time. I promise. This won’t happen again. This won’t happen again. This won’t happen again. I’m sorry. This won’t happen again.
I’m sorry for having offended you. Skirmisher is such a cool website, and we both know that.
Yes, you’re right. I don’t deserve being here.
Don’t worry… this will be my last blog post in Skirmisher. I’ll just stick to my pathetic ALAS FILIPINAS where I can continue my stupidities, the loser that I really am…
Again: THIS WILL BE MY LAST BLOG POST. And I’d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who had the patience to bear with my corniness and papansín behavior. Please, don’t stone me to death. I love this life, por favor
Thanks, Kuya Jobs, for trusting in me. And I’m sorry if I’ve never met your expectations.
Have a nice day, sir! =)
Love lots, Pepe!
