Animal activists haven’t killed Knut, yet. So while waiting for the possibly high-heeled assassin, the cuddly man-eating (someday) polar bear finds time to show off his budding German physique to Vanity Fair, maybe to somehow reassure those people who are concerned about Knut’s “polar bear humiliation” for being brought up as a “pet” that he is in fact a superdangerous bear and will possibly eat his caretaker when he’s big enough, like all cute polar bears do.
