From the always reliable and 10000% factual news source, News of the World, comes this story about obviously do-able Sarah Carmen, bearer of a disorder called permanent sexual arousal syndrome (PSAS). Yes, when they slap the word “syndrome” on something, it simply means nobody has a clue about the nature of this medical condition. And yes, that simply means Sarah is the type of girl you wanna hang out with — she gets good orgasms just by, say, mentioning the word “sex.”
