While others’ dicks got hard because they thought they saw Easy Finder-served child porn, Kwun Tong magistrate Gary Lam only saw images of a very young doable girl that seems really naked, but technically isn’t. Hence, the inevitable acquittal.

Easy Finder magazine was charged with child pornography after four pictures of Renee Lee Wan published last June showed the outline of her left breast beneath a wet T-shirt, the South China Morning Post reported.However, the magazine’s publisher, chief editor and publishing company were acquitted of the charge Monday after a court heard the girl was wearing an “invisible” flesh-coloured, silicon, self-adhesive bra in the shots.

Magistrate Gary Lam said publication of the pictures “raises a few eyebrows and [an] ethical debate” but said the benefit of the doubt had to be given to the magazine because of the use of the undergarment.
