Gunther von Hagens, the genius behind such tasteful exhibitions like Body Worlds, performs an autopsy on a 350-pound man as part of the show “Eating to Save Your Life” by Jamie Oliver. Watch as von Hagens has a hard time trying to locate some internal organs because of all those layers of fat. And oh, the audience loved it so much they wanted to express it by puking.
