Why The “Just In Time” Watch Is The “Thinking” Watch

Designer Martin Frey is the kind of person who takes many things personally. In fact, he’s one of those few fine gentlemen who grapple daily with the following profound questions:

  • What time is it right now?
  • When is my next appointment?
  • Where does the appointment take place and how long does it take to get there from here?
  • Thus, when should I leave?
  • How much time is left till then? Should I leave now? Am I already too late?

And recently, he’s created the answer: the “just in time” watch, which connects to your Bluetooth phone to coordinate your schedule, and uses GPS to “know where you are, when and where your next appointment is, and when you should leave. This way, the watch can quickly show you how much time is left until your appointment, how much time you have until you’re supposed to leave for your appointment, and how late you are if you haven’t already left.”

Yes, Frey has answered each of those earlier questions with this wonderful watch. He’s now happy and can now sleep the deep, peaceful sleep of youngsters.
