An inmate at the San Francisco Gotera prison in El Salvador stuffed a V40 grenade the size of a golf ball in his rectum, apparently as a contingency measure in some hastily cooked up escape plan that probably had the hypothetical situation: “If guard appears with angry face and nightstick, leap to glorious escape by fart-pulling grenade pin. Great success!”
