BMW recently unveiled its “Geometry and functions In ‘N’ Adaptions” (GINA) concept car, which has a body of seamless fabric stretched over a movable metal frame. Although GINA’s not meant for mass production, it actually runs and drives.

Car vending machine in Shibuya, Tokyo. Well, it doesn’t exactly dispense the actual car, but “just a branded tube containing pamphlets on the new models, dealer information, and a sheet of Smart Car stickers featuring the available colors.” But we won’t be surprised if someone files a complaint about a “broken non-car-dispensing vending machine downtown.”

In this video, you see the actual mine-resistant ambush-protected (MRAP) vehicles. The Pentagon has approved the expansion of the MRAP program to over 20,000 vehicles.
