“Blind Spot” Wins Second at the Free Press Literary Awards

My story, “Blind Spot,” landed on second place last Wednesday at the Free Press Literary Awards 2006 at Mandarin Oriental in Makati.

My sister fully “covered” the event with nothing but a bag full of knick-knacks and a snickering face. In other words, we have no stimulating photos to show you. Pretty brilliant, eh?

For details of this recent adventure and how I met the news with a staged grand mal seizure, please visit the Skirmish of Dark and Light.

Of course, you can also read the full story here, but do so only in a secure, well-lit place full of shiny, happy people.
