Polish artist Pawel Althamer’s balloon self-portrait, a 70-foot floating sculpture of his naked likeness, has been attracting onlookers at Milan Italy’s main park. Mothers and nannies are now finding it hard to explain to their toddlers why the balloon’s peepee doesn’t move even when they poke at it with a sharp stick. Maybe just tell them it’s a design flaw.
